About Alan's Guitar Shack

Hi, I'm Alan, founder of Alan's Guitar Shack.  I have been playing, building, maintaining, modifying, buying, selling and generally enjoying guitars for over forty years.  

After retiring from a business career, I set up Alan's Guitar Shack in late 2023 to utilise those skills to provide quality guitar care at affordable rates in the Bedfordshire UK area, and also to  sell selected and beautifully prepared used guitars. 

Since then I have had the pleasure of maintaining, repairing, modifying and restoring a fascinating collection of guitars of all kinds for my growing band of customers, as well as restoring and selling on many of my uniquely well prepared used guitars.
